Unit 1 Identity

The half term we did Unit Identity  at the started the first day we all learn ever ones names and we play a lot off game such walking around in a circe and we actor like different people and that help everyone get to no ever one and that we late every one name and we when around in a circe and learn more about every one in robs class this help me and made me feel better about everyone . As i came to westminster kingsway on my own so therefor it help me feel better with ever one as i did not no all the games help me a lot .

 as well on the first term we learn a lot off skills such as confidence and voice projection and eye contact as well we learn mean more and this has help me group as actors and help us all be come a better actors



For my project identity was based on bullying as a group we chose this subject because it   occurs in everyday situations such as school or work therefore many people could relate to it. One other reason why we chooses bulling as we are in a school setting the way before we performed it because we showed anyone could become a bully or get bullied for no, or any reasons.

The character I was in my performance at first, I was a friendly nice just all -round friendly character chatting away to my friends about power which is a Netflix series we spoke about that as its modern being and many young and older people watch it and talk about it. Therefor making it more relate to the audience not just young people watch it people from ages watch it so more people can relate.

Then my character suddenly changed from being this friendly character to a mean, self-centred, rude, shallow character which picking out a person by their appearance and making them feel awful. Started off by saying how disgusting the shoes as some people in this generation the first think which there look at is someone shoes and there thinks it’s okay to bully someone because of them as well by there all around appearance. Why my character was doing this it made the others join in and made them think its okay to bully. By the end we show it was not acceptable to bully and put out are hands and said very strongly stop bullying.  It went well will with Ellie’s next piece; of her poetry/spoken word.

The whole groups performance not just my part of bullying all shows identity means a lot of different things race, skin colour, how you feel the what things affect you, mental illness and it covers a wide radius of things that happen in our society today. Therefore, showing identity and what it means to different people my character which I’ve played showed that you can have two or even more identities and it shows that bullies isn’t right and can affect people.

The used range because I changed from being nice friendly person to a rude person I also had confidence to act like a bully.  I used voice projection, space awareness, body language, witty, maturity, imagination all these skills which I used helped me to create and portray myself as a bully.
Fun was poked at with wit showing no care for the victim.
In the world I was with three of my friends We there did not care about some one’s feelings what’s help me to be a bully.

Identity means to mean individual’s persona that it developed by anything such as :  such as the food you like, the sports enjoy ,the clothing you wear at your parents or even your religion you may follow.
Identity can develop from interaction with other people and groups can develop and act as one developing a group identity
