Identity-Unit 1

Identity For my project identity was based on bullying as a group we chose this subject because it     occurs in everyday situations such as school or work therefore many people could relate to it. One other reason why we chooses bulling as we are in a school setting the way before we performed it because we showed anyone could become a bully or get  bullied for no, or any reasons. The character I was in my performance at first, I was a friendly nice just all -round friendly character chatting away to my friends about power which is a Netflix series we spoke about that as its modern being and many young and older people watch it and talk about it. Therefor making it more relate to the audience not just young people  watch it people from ages watch it so more people can relate. Set design- Unit 2

Set designer earnings in the theatre staring at about £18,000 and it can go up to £23,500. To be a set designer, you need to have an awareness of space and depth and you need to be a great Story teller you need to get people to believe in the a space.  A set designer do not have to be a builder or have a degree in engineering. The process of creating a new set involves lots of collaboration and begin with and lots of discussion. The set designer need first to create a brief by talking to the director about how he wants to approach l the piece then do lots of research, look at films look at music videos look at other people’s work. Look at other performances research past productions and then with the piece, research genre, period architecture go to libraries google and then have meetings with the director and to look how he/she want to approach the piece and the design.
